Return and Refund Policy

At SpecTrims, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your sunglasses, we make returns simple and hassle-free.

Returns

You may return items to us within one (1) full year of delivery for a full refund.

We’ll also cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error — for example, if you received the wrong item or a defective product.

Refund Timing

You can expect to receive your refund within three (3) weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.

In most cases, refunds are issued sooner. This time frame includes:

• The transit time for your return to reach us,
• Our internal processing time after receiving the item, and
• The time required for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

We’ll respond quickly with instructions on how to send your item back.

• Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• We are not responsible for returns sent without prior approval or tracking.
