Welcome to SpecTrims. These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the spectrims.com website (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from us. By accessing or using the Site, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. Definitions & Interpretation

“We”, “us”, “our” refers to SpecTrims, the owner and operator of this Site.

“You”, “your” refers to the user, customer, or visitor to the Site.

“Products” means sunglasses and related accessories offered for sale on the Site.

“Order” means your request to purchase Products via the Site.

"User Content” means any content (reviews, images, comments) you submit to the Site.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2. Use of the Site & Eligibility

1. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity in your jurisdiction to enter into binding contracts.

1. All Orders are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel your Order for any reason (e.g. out of stock, pricing error).

3. Payment methods accepted will be displayed at checkout (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

4. Prices and availability of Products are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for typographical or pricing errors.

5. If your payment is refused, expired, or cancelled, we may cancel or suspend your Order until resolved.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

1. We will deliver Products to the delivery address you specify, using carriers we select.

2. Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

3. Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you upon delivery (i.e. when the carrier delivers to your address).

4. Title passes to you once payment is processed and the item is shipped (unless otherwise stated).

5. You are responsible for any customs, import duties, or taxes for international orders.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

1. Our **Return / Refund Policy** (link or section) describes conditions under which returns and refunds are allowed.

2. You must follow the return instructions (e.g. time frame, condition of Product, packaging).

3. We may refuse a return if the Product is damaged or used outside normal inspection.

4. If you cancel an Order before it ships, you may receive a full refund (minus any non-refundable charges).

5. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, and may take time to appear in your account.

7. User Content & Reviews

1. You may submit reviews, ratings, photos, or other content (“User Content”) to the Site.

2. You grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, distribute, and display your User Content.

3. You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to submit the User Content and that it does not violate any third party rights.

4. We may remove or refuse any User Content that we consider, in our discretion, offensive, infringing, or inconsistent with these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

1. All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is owned or licensed by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

3. “SpecTrims” and related logos are our trademarks; you may not use them without permission.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
